Hello! We are Gamedevelopersasoc SRL, hereinafter referred to as GameDev Academy. We are a small start-up with headquarters in Tower Center International, Mindspace, Et.1, Blvd Ion Mihalache 15-17, Sector 1, Bucharest, CUI 31850591, J40/7661/2013, not registered as a VAT payer, having a bank account RO78INGB0000999906484054 opened at ING Office Mihalache. Our website, www.gamedevacademy.ro, presents our offer of courses, events and materials published online. They are dedicated to any person who wants to learn, by participating in our courses and seminars, accessing the professional training programs available on this site.

Online payment by bank card (Visa/Mastercard) is available through the Stripe Payments platform  (https://stripe.com/en-ro/payments).

It is necessary to fill in a form with information about your card on the secure page of the payment processor.
- Payments with credit/debit cards issued under the Visa and MasterCard logo (Visa/Visa Electron and MasterCard/Maestro) are made through the "3-D Secure" system developed by organizations that ensure online transactions the same level of security as those made at the ATM or in the physical environment, at the merchant;
- "3-D Secure" primarily ensures that no information related to your card is transferred or stored, at any time, on the store's servers or on the servers of the payment processor, these data being directly entered into the Visa systems and MasterCard.

Important to know! - No commission is charged for bank card payments!

Promotions and discounts are not cumulative. If there are several promotions at the same time, the most convenient promotion for the student will be chosen.

Promotional prices are valid only during the promotion period.

User rights:
a. to request the cessation of the processing of his personal data;
b. to request the cessation of sending promotional messages.

GameDev Academy reserves the right not to approve or disable (without the subsequent possibility for users to reactivate) those information or comments sent for publication or published that contravene the terms and conditions of use, which are outside the intended subject, or that it considers, unilaterally, to be illegal, discriminatory, insulting, inappropriate or harmful, in any form, to its own image, partners or third parties. The user is solely responsible for the content of the messages sent for publication. We know the importance of personal data. Therefore, we want to assure you that we maintain the confidentiality of any personal data such as: name, address, personal numerical code, identity card series and number, passport series, telephone number, e-mail address or any other date identification that you send to us. However, keep in mind that any other kind of communications or materials you send, such as questions, comments, suggestions or other such messages, will be considered non-confidential and not protected by intellectual property rights.

GameDev Academy processes the personal data received directly from you, as data subjects, or indirectly, during the development of commercial/contractual relations and/or participation in the events, activities, conferences, workshops, seminars and demonstration sessions organized by we.

Personal data are collected either only with your consent/acceptance, if they are offered knowingly, willingly, on your own initiative, or at our request, for example, through one of the online forms used, etc., by subscribing to newsletters, participation in promotions, raffles, contests, loyalty programs, promotional campaigns, etc.

At the same time, as a potential client, we will collect personal data (image, data processed through video surveillance systems, etc.) in order to fulfill legal obligations and carry out current activity.

In case of unjustified opposition, we consider ourselves entitled to continue processing the data in question.
